Wanting to start a monthly customer e-letter to promote newly acquired web development tools to small- to middle-sized companies, ISP Interland contacted Barbara Wilkes of Wilkes Communications. She developed the new publication’s editorial format, researched trade publications for issues and trends, created story ideas, wrote stories and promotions, composed word games, and edited client copy for two versions of each issue.
