A major trade association asked Per-Se Technologies to make a presentation about the industry’s first patient portal website that creates patient medical billing information portability. Having previously written the website, sales letter and phone script, Barbara Wilkes of Wilkes Communications wrote bulleted talking points and copy for visuals, selected and obtained screen shots from IT, and worked with the product manager on content approval and the designer on PowerPoint creation.
