eBlast: S1 Branch Solution
This email blast was was one of a series of three messages used to promote S1's branch banking software. Instead of the usual features and benefits approach, we decided to use three 'stories' to explain how the product could solve real problems. In the first story, we focused on the value of giving employees access to the same real-time customer information (something that typically doesn't happened in today's highly silo'd operations).
Is Everybody on the Same Page at Your Bank?
Fred in customer service is handling a call from Mr. Jones. "I see the fee you're concerned about," says Fred as he scan the information displayed in his S1 Sales and Service application window. "I'll research it and call you back within 24 hours."
The next morning Mr. Jones is in his local branch making a deposit (and still fuming over the fee on his statement). Trish the teller is completing the transaction when she notices that the fee incident has been resolved.
"Oh, Mr. Jones," says Trish looking up from the S1 Teller display. "I see you had a fee question. Just so you know, your account has been credited for that amount."
