Over the course of my career, I have directed the copywriting and marketing communications efforts for clients across several industries, including higher education, non-profit, banking, healthcare, retail, and entertainment. A self-professed "Web geek," I enjoy showing clients how to strategically use online tools to advance their communication goals. At a local college, I initiate the re-design of their employee e-newsletter to provide a seamless multi-channel distribution, which increased employee engagement by 33%!
Prior to branching out on my own, I worked at PR agencies and in-house communications departments in both the Atlanta and Ft. Lauderdale/Miami media markets, securing coverage in a variety of print, television, and radio outlets.
I am the winner of the New Jersey Governor's Art Award and the New Jersey Young Playwrights Contest. I earned a bachelor of commerce in International Management from McGill University and a master of science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Florida International University.
